Expected hours, schedule and flexibility should be stated clearly.
Onsite, hybrid or remote arrangements and any eligible locations should be explicit.
Paid, stipend, expenses-only or unpaid status must be easy to understand.
Duration, start date, language, experience and work-permission requirements should be stated.
No misleading earnings claims, disguised commission-only work or discriminatory requirements.
No unexplained payment requests or unnecessary sensitive information.
An internship should not be used to replace an ordinary paid role without appropriate learning and supervision.
